When do I pay?
On arrival, to the host, in marka. The total shown at booking includes the cleaning fee and the Levy under the Tourism Act.
Why do I have to register on arrival?
Hosts in the military districts register their guests under the residence regulations. Bring identity papers.
Can I cancel?
Yes, by message to the host. Cancellation terms are the host's and are shown on the listing.
Something is wrong with the stay.
Tell the host first. If it is not put right, write to us within two days of checking out.
