The cottage is at the end of a row of vines. In September the pickers pass the door at seven. The Sudmark is at its best in September, when the grapes come in. It sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.

- Please keep noise down after 22:00; the walls are thinner than they look.

A good stay on the whole. The kettle, the pans and the knives were all good ones. The mattress in the second room is softer than we like.

We stayed a weekend and enjoyed it. The walk into Tarnmund takes ten minutes and there is a good bakery on the way. The wireless network is slow in the bedroom.

We came for a funeral in the district and this was the one easy part of the week. There was a list of shops and their opening hours on the table, which was useful on the Sunday. My mother, who is hard to please, was pleased.

Good value for Tarnmund. The windows open properly and the mattress is firm. The curtains let in the early light.
