The mill was converted in the last century. The flat is on the second floor, where the grain was stored. Sudmund is a works town; the canteens open early and the buses run on shift times. It sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom.

The bus stop is at the end of the road and the timetable is pinned inside the door. I travel for work and this is the best place I have stayed this year. My mother, who is hard to please, was pleased.

A solid choice for a week. We asked for a cot and it was there. The curtains let in the early light.
