The foundry closed and was divided into flats. This one has the crane rail still running along the ceiling. Hochstadt is a works town; the canteens open early and the buses run on shift times. It sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom.

House rules
- Arrival after 15:00. The key is in a box by the door; the code is on your booking confirmation. Check-out by 11:00.
- Please keep noise down after 22:00; the walls are thinner than they look.
- Smoking outside only, away from the windows.
- Dogs by arrangement, one only, not on the beds.
- Visitors who are not booked guests may not stay overnight.
- Recycling is collected on Tuesdays; the bins are in the yard.

Much as described. There was a list of shops and their opening hours on the table, which was useful on the Sunday. The wireless network is slow in the bedroom.

The stove was lit when we arrived. Our second time here and it was as good as the first. Noah was a kind host and answered every message within the hour.
