House rules
- Arrival after 14:00. The key is in a box by the door; the code is on your booking confirmation. Check-out by 10:00.
- Please keep noise down after 22:00; the walls are thinner than they look.
- No smoking anywhere on the property, including the porch.
- Pets are not allowed. The host's cat is not a pet in this sense.
- No parties. The host lives nearby.
- The works siren sounds at six and at two. It is not an alarm.

Much as described. There was a list of shops and their opening hours on the table, which was useful on the Sunday. The curtains let in the early light.
