A timber cabin in the trees with a wood stove, a porch and water from the tank. Oberholt is forest country. The tracks are marked by the district forester and are safe to walk. It sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.

- Check-in between 15:00 and 21:00; late arrivals by arrangement with the host. Check-out by 11:00.
- Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.
- Smoking outside only, away from the windows.
- Pets are not allowed. The host's cat is not a pet in this sense.
- Visitors who are not booked guests may not stay overnight.
- Put the stove out before you leave the cabin. Ash goes in the metal bin only.
