A spare room in the winemaker's house. Tastings in the cellar are offered and are not optional. The Sudmark is at its best in September, when the grapes come in. It sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.

House rules

  • Check-in between 14:00 and 21:00; late arrivals by arrangement with the host. Check-out by 11:00.
  • Please keep noise down after 22:00; the walls are thinner than they look.
  • No smoking anywhere on the property, including the porch.
  • Dogs by arrangement, one only, not on the beds.
  • No parties. The host lives nearby.
  • During the harvest, please leave the lane clear for trailers.

A solid choice for two nights. The towels were thick and there were more of them than we needed. Parking is on the street and can be hard to find in the evening.

Comfortable and clean. One of the windows does not quite close; Frida says it is being seen to.

Nice place, friendly host. Frida left bread, eggs and coffee for the first morning. There were only two chairs at the table.

Our second time here and it was as good as the first. The towels were thick and there were more of them than we needed. Frida was a kind host and answered every message within the hour.

Some things were good and some were not. The kitchen needed a better clean before we arrived. For the price it was acceptable.
