A flat near the water with a balcony, a kitchen and chairs set out for the evening. The Sudmark is at its best in September, when the grapes come in. It sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.

House rules
- Check-in between 16:00 and 21:00; late arrivals by arrangement with the host. Check-out by 10:00.
- No music after ten. The neighbours are early risers.
- No smoking indoors.
- Pets are not allowed. The host's cat is not a pet in this sense.
- Visitors who are not booked guests may not stay overnight.
- During the harvest, please leave the lane clear for trailers.

A pleasant lakeside flat in a good spot. There was a list of shops and their opening hours on the table, which was useful on the Sunday. There were only two chairs at the table.
