The hut is thatched with marsh reed and sits on posts above the wet ground. Boots are provided. Kesseltal is in the Osmoor, in the military district. Guests register with the host on arrival, as the regulations require. There is room for 2 guests: 1 bedroom, 2 beds.

- Arrival after 14:00. The key is in a box by the door; the code is on your booking confirmation. Check-out by 10:00.
- No music after ten. The neighbours are early risers.
- No smoking anywhere on the property, including the porch.
- No pets.
- No parties. The host lives nearby.
- Do not walk on the marsh after dark or beyond the marker posts.
