The hut is thatched with marsh reed and sits on posts above the wet ground. Boots are provided. Bergsee is in the Osmoor, in the military district. Guests register with the host on arrival, as the regulations require. It sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom.

There was a list of shops and their opening hours on the table, which was useful on the Sunday. Clean, comfortable and exactly where it says it is. Recommended without reservation.
