House rules
- Check-in between 14:00 and 21:00; late arrivals by arrangement with the host. Check-out by 10:00.
- No music after ten. The neighbours are early risers.
- No smoking anywhere on the property, including the porch.

- Visitors who are not booked guests may not stay overnight.
- Boots off at the door. The drying room is to the left.

Spotless, warm and quiet. The bus stop is at the end of the road and the timetable is pinned inside the door. We have already booked for next year.
