There was a list of shops and their opening hours on the table, which was useful on the Sunday. We came for a funeral in the district and this was the one easy part of the week. Book it.

We stayed three nights and would have stayed longer. A jar of honey from the neighbour was waiting on the table. We have already booked for next year.

Nice place, friendly host. The towels were thick and there were more of them than we needed. The mattress in the second room is softer than we like.

A good stay on the whole. The kettle, the pans and the knives were all good ones. Parking is on the street and can be hard to find in the evening.
