Good value for Graukirchen. The stove was lit when we arrived. The road outside is busier in the morning than we expected.

Nice place, friendly host. Parking is on the street and can be hard to find in the evening.

The bus stop is at the end of the road and the timetable is pinned inside the door. The orchard farmhouse room is better than the pictures. Book it.
