The barn was converted by the family. The hayloft is now the bedroom and the threshing floor is the kitchen. The Ostrand is farm country; Weinwick has a market day, a bakery and a bus to the regional city. It sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.

- Check-in between 15:00 and 21:00; late arrivals by arrangement with the host. Check-out by 11:00.
- No music after ten. The neighbours are early risers.
- No smoking indoors.
- Pets are not allowed. The host's cat is not a pet in this sense.
- Visitors who are not booked guests may not stay overnight.
- Please close the gate behind you; the neighbour's cattle use the lane.
